SG Property Agent Chrome Extension

Overview

SG Property Agent is a Chrome extension that helps Singapore property agents manage client property searches across PropertyGuru and 99.co. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Data Collection

This extension collects the following data that you voluntarily provide:

• Client profiles (name, phone, email, WhatsApp, budget, property preferences)
• Saved property listings (title, price, address, images, and other listing details from PropertyGuru and 99.co)
• Tags and notes you add to saved properties

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in Storage API. No data is ever transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party.

Data Sharing

We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any user data with any third party. Your data never leaves your browser.

Third-Party Services

This extension interacts with the following websites solely to extract property listing information when you choose to bookmark a property:

• PropertyGuru (www.propertyguru.com.sg)
• 99.co (www.99.co)
• MOM Work Pass Enquiry (service2.mom.gov.sg) — only when you manually trigger the Work Pass check feature

No data is sent to these websites by the extension. The extension only reads publicly available listing information from pages you are already viewing.

Permissions

• storage — To save your client and property data locally in the browser
• tabs — To open property reports in new tabs
• scripting — To inject the bookmark button on PropertyGuru and 99.co listing pages

Data Deletion

You can delete all data at any time through the extension's Data tab by clicking "Clear All Data". Uninstalling the extension also removes all stored data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
